Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
