Automobiles in Germany's Town Discovered Marked with Nazi Symbols in Blood, Police State

Officers mentioned they were alerted by a man who noticed a vehicle in Hanau smeared with red-colored fluid

Approximately 50 cars have been smeared with what seems to be human bodily fluid in the German municipality of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, according to law enforcement.

Cars, exterior walls and mailboxes were vandalized, occasionally with prohibited symbols, they reported in a release.

Law enforcement state they were contacted in the late hours on Wednesday, when a resident noticed that a vehicle in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been smeared with a reddish-hued fluid.

The liquid had been placed in the form of a banned symbol, they added.

Officers then discovered many other vandalized automobiles and house walls in the surrounding area.

These symbols are illegal in Germany under laws banning the public display of Nazi symbols.

Officials state early analysis show the liquid was likely human bodily fluid.

"At present there remains no indication as to its source; investigators are presently not informed of any physical harm in association with the incident," they added.

Municipal representatives stated they were trying "to resolve the incident" and have requested to the public for details.

An important political figure stated the attack left him stunned and had to be resolved rapidly.

"This event hits the center of Hanau and revives the trauma of the right-wing terrorist attack half a decade ago," he posted on online, recalling the killing of nine people by a gunman targeting residents of foreign heritage in five years prior.
